Estate planning is a low-engagement, low-trust industry — most people avoid it until it’s too late. The audience (millennials + Gen X) often believed they “don’t have enough assets” to start. The brand needed modern relevance — something that felt more like Credit Karma, not LegalZoom. Legacy Buddy’s team needed a marketing system that could attract leads, educate users, and convert interest into paid subscriptions and referrals.

“The Credit Karma of Legacy Planning.” Repositioned the product from “estate documents” to generational wealth empowerment.Designed and launched paid media assets with multiple hooks (emotional, financial, generational). Produced UGC ad creatives to increase relatability. Implemented tracking dashboards for cost-per-lead, signup conversion, and partner referrals. Built an onboarding email flow introducing users to features like “NetWorth Lens” and “Lifetime Edits.”
